30g of Matcha (Yamato tea – Nara)

Our matcha is crafted from first-harvest, shade-grown tea leaves, which are then meticulously stone-ground to preserve their vibrant colour, creamy texture, and rich flavour.

With a history of over 1,300 years, Nara is Japan’s first permanent capital and the cradle of traditional tea cultivation. Our matcha reflects that legacy—earthy and sweet, with a subtle bitterness and a smooth, velvety finish.

This matcha is unsweetened.

[How to drink]

1. 1–2 teaspoons of matcha into the bowl.
2. Pour 60ml of 70-80 degrees of hot water into the bowl.
3. Use a bamboo whisk to briskly whisk the matcha in a zig-zag (M or W-shaped) motion until the powder is fully dissolved and a layer of foam forms on top (about 15–30 seconds).
4. You can drink matcha straight from the bowl, make matcha latte, or enjoy it in any other way you like!
